1: Mix all ingredients in the mixer.
2: Mix the dough 4min slowly 4min quickly.
3: Let the dough rest.
4: Weigh up to appropriate sizes.
5: Prove to a desired size about 50min .
6: Bake for about 7-8 minutes at 200C
