- Mix all the ingredients for 1 minute on slow speed with a beater then 4 minutes on medium speed.
- Spread into muffin tins.
- Pipe Les Fruits Strawberry into each muffin.
- Baking temperature: 190°C when they go into the oven, then lower to 180°C.
- Oven time: approx 20 minutes.
- Whip the Truffle with Strawberry Flavour and pipe on each muffin.
- Decorate as desired.
