Mix all ingredients for 1 minute on the 1st gear, scrape down, mix for 4 minutes on the second gear.

Fill 450 g batter in a round baking tin (18 cm). Pipe 120 g Cinnamon remonce in desired pattern and sprinkle with pearl sugar.

Baking temperature: 175°C
Baking time: approximately 30 minutes.
