Organic Baking Malt Dark gives a natural dark colour brown bread and provides the bread with a rich malt flavour. It is an ideal substitute for caramel and can also be applied in chocolate cakes to boost the colour. Organic Baking Malt Dark is produced according to regulation EEC 2092/91 on organic production of agricultural products.
