Seed Topping
Overview
Seed blend with flaxseeds, oats groat, sunflower seeds and hulled millet. The mixture enriches the bread with fiber and minerals such as phosphorus, zinc and iron, as well as with vitamins. This gives the bread a health benefit.
Gives the bread a nice, rustic character and a very good taste, especially after roasting in the oven. Can also be mixed directly into the dough.
Can be added in Tosca mixture instead of almond, for a nice and different taste and character.
