- Dissolve Bakels Actiwhite in water and let it swell.
- Mix the almond paste and sugar with a paddle, then carefully add the Actiwhite-mixture and form a lump-free mass.
- Pipe the desired size on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Once the bottoms has cooled, whisk Bakels White Truffle until fluffy and add Aromatic Saffron Extract.
- Pipe the saffron truffle on top of the biscuit and dip in Chockex Non Temp Premium White.
- Add some Bakels Saffron Straw on the top as decoration.
