Overview
A mixture of different cereals and seeds such as oatmeal, millet, flax seeds, buckwheat and sunflower seeds. The mixture enriches the bread with fiber, minerals such as phosphorus, zinc and iron as well as with vitamins.
It is beautiful to use as decoration and also adds character and a good taste. Can also be mixed directly into the dough with the same benefits. Gives the bread a strong health profile.
Can also be added in Tosca mixture instead of almond which then gives a broader and more exciting taste register.
