Overview
Bandex is a vegetable-based release agent formulated for oven bands, trays and baking tins. A highly cost-effective and intelligent solution that requires only one product for both vertical and horizontal releases, where only a very thin layer is needed due to its composition. The release agent helps to stop the mixture from burning and sticking to the surface.
Because the lecithin originates from sunflower, it is non-GMO as well as non-allergenic. Also available in a palm-free version with the same characteristics as the original product.
