NEW NAME AND A BETTER PRODUCT!
In the autumn 2021 the name of our product category Non Temp was changed. From now on, we rename this category as Chockex.
Chockex is an enriched established Bakels brand, used by our sister companies worldwide. The name change helps us to build a greater connection with our Bakels colleagues, at the same time as we get an opportunity to create a strong concept around a product brand we can build recognition with for many years to come.
In addition, our popular products are now produced exclusively with RSPO-certified palm oil. Something we are very proud of. At the same time, we also implemented a further product improvement to meet the market’s increasing demands. From now on, we produce Chockex with sunflower lecithin instead of soy lecithin and thus all our products are free from soy.

Chockex is an effective alternative to chocolate and suitable for all types of applications where you want a taste of chocolate. The advantage of Chockex is that, unlike chocolate, it does not contain cocoa butter, which makes it easy to use as it does not require any tempering.
Our Chockex range consists of several different colours and good flavours with the right texture and viscosity. In addition to dipping and coating, is also suitable for decorating and moulding. It gives a delightful shine with a hard snap, just the way you want it. With a high cocoa content in the product, quality-assured production in our factory in Sweden, we dare to promise you that the product will take your pastries and confectionery to the next level.

Our Chockex range is manufactured in Sweden, something we are really proud of. We know that you need products that you, with confidence can rely on.
Production takes place from start to finish in our specially equipped factory. This enables us to have full control and focus, from the carefully selected raw materials, to the final quality control.

Ruby is the fourth type of chocolate after dark, milk and white. It is made from Ruby cocoa beans that are selected for its attributes that naturally emphasise the delicious berry flavour and the pink colour tone. Meaning no additives needed to boost the already unique ingredient.

• We have manufactured and delivered Chockex worldwide from Gothenburg since 1978.
• Each batch undergoes several stringant quality tests. Amongst other things, the particle size is measured, viscosity, taste and colour. This provides you with a product that has a silky mouthfeel, rich taste and an easy-to-handle texture.
• All our Chockex are made on certified segregated palm oil and are free from hydrogenated fat and soy.
• Chockex is delivered in an easy-to-handle format, either as a round or square shape, for easier application, handling and storage.
